The ganache had a rubbery, gelatin\-like texture instead of the smooth, rich chocolate consistency that a proper ganache should have\. I have tried many French desserts over the years, and I also make ganache myself, so I know what it is supposed to be like\. This was unlike any ganache I have ever had\. The pistachio dessert was no better\. I did not like the taste at all\. The top layer had a gelatin\-like texture, and the layers in the middle were also poorly made\. Overall, the dessert did not taste good and did not meet the quality I expected from a French pâtisserie\. Before purchasing, I specifically asked your staff because I was traveling\. I asked whether the desserts would hold their shape during transport, and I was assured they would\. I handled them carefully throughout my trip, yet the pistachio dessert collapsed and looked like a disaster when I opened it\. I have attached photos and videos showing the condition of the desserts, including the rubbery texture of the ganache and the collapsed pistachio dessert\. I also encourage you to review your customer feedback, as I noticed that other customers have raised similar concerns about the quality of your desserts\.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s easily the best bakery in the area. The croissants are better than any I’ve had in the city and may be the best I’ve had anywhere. Every pastry I’ve tried has been solid and you can tell this patisserie cares about quality and execution. The prices are also extremely fair and I would not skip if you’re looking for a nice treat. Definitely worth the look at their curated menu and let’s all support talented local businesses.

I was just walking by and saw this place then I was craving for sweet. I wanted a chocolate mousse cake slice but they were out of it so I tried their Pistachio Opera I was not expecting anything. But the first bite win me over it tasted so fresh and the cake is so spongy the way I like it. it’s little too sweet for my taste but nonetheless amazing.

The pistachio opera is a disaster. The bread layers are as hard as rock that steel forks won't cut through a single layer. Then the cream will squeeze all over when I try to cut through one layer of the bread. Very disappointed on the food quality.
